This apartment was a classic case of a neglected property in East Berlin; dark, wet and badly cut. When we were first approched by the client it had no bathroom, the shower was located in the kitchen, the bed was in the common space and the floor was not insulated against the cold coming from the basement.

Now it is a generous and bright space with both a seperate laundry room, a bathroom, priavte bedroom, a large kitchen-dining connecting to a private garden and ample storage.
