To support an expanding business the client was looking to move to a larger 160m²  space in their current business park in Dunston. Working to a tight budget, Ebbe Studio planned a new office and laboratory for the growing team. The plan makes the most of limited access and minimises business rates due on the floor area by arraying the spaces around a central entrance lobby. We worked with the client a range of specialist subcontractors on bespoke furniture for the laboratory and office to get the ideal layout for process flows through the office. The use of sparse, industrial finishes then allows for the industry and technology of business to occupy and enliven the space.
